News from our new Network Director

Hi all!

Having joined my first network marketing company over 20 years ago I have seen the industry change. In some cases companies have evolved and become better and better. In some cases the companies are still the same dinosaurs they where 5, 10 or 20 years ago with old thinking, old systems and old business models.
Being part of this incredible journey of Spinglo and Synkronice makes me understand that we are truly at the right place at the right time. Taking away the old thinking of traditional network marketing companies where people are inclined to sell products they can’t even afford to buy, but because of qualification demands of companies, they are forced to do it anyway. That makes me very excited about our business where you invest one time – that’s it! No monthly purchases, no monthly qualifications, no selling, no yearly fees!

We are now working on releasing some very exciting services, products and features in the next months.

Jan-Eric Nyman:
Jan-Eric is a 20+ year veteran in the network marketing industry and has built huge networks with partners and members in over 20+ countries. Jan-Eric is a person with high integrity and passion for the network marketing industry. He is also one of the best personal development speakers in Europe and has performed for tens of thousands of people.

Jan-Eric will take on the challenge of opening up many new countries; he will be coaching leaders and also take a role in helping Synkronice become a stronger and first class company. He is a family person and is living in Stockholm Sweden.

Ari Heimonen:Ari is a +20-year veteran as well in the network marketing industry. Ari has huge experience dealing with eastern European countries and Asia. Ari has built large networks all over the world and has set the highest of standards in the industry which he is now bringing to Synkronice.

Ari will also be in charge of opening up some of the largest markets in the world. He is also an excellent trainer and coach that will be invaluable to the network leaders. Ari is a family person that is living in Estonia and Finland.

Synkronice and Spinglo Growth!

The interest in Spinglo is growing every day and 100,000 of thousands are connecting every month. A large number of companies, organisations and even countries have showed interest in us. Spinglo and its unique business model are on the brink of a total global expansion and are thus giving the members of Synkronice a business opportunity never seen before.

Synkronice is growing with accelerating speed every week and also a number of new countries are being launched during the spring. The administrative work with logistic and translations are working at full speed.

New Economy pack - €195

A new Economy pack is launched for €195 in a number of countries and will be launched in more countries during the spring to meet the economical situation in those areas of the world.

New countries like Portugal and Spain are at full speed. Hundreds of new Synkronice members and entrepreneurs have already started the first weeks of February and a number of them are already on their way to qualifying for the Synkronice Leadership Cruise in September.

In Spain a new record has been set, where a new Synkronice member, and with no prior network marketing experience got started on midnight Sunday and without spill over he build a group of over 60 members in his 48 hours.

To meet the growth in a number of new countries Spinglo and Synkronice are expanding its workforce in many areas. Such as, adding personnel in support, logistics, programming and marketing strategy.

Two new Spinglo development offices with an area of over 2000 sqm will also open in February to expand the companies’ capacity and make the development more effective.

Development

During February, Spinglo will get many new functions. Some of them are already implemented and the complete site will take Spinglo to the next level as the first Social Network platform that in full gives people the possibility to create their own user experience and at the same time generate value for being there.

It is Important to notice that Spinglo, like most successful social websites and Internet based concept always have to follow the trend and the quick changes that happen on the Internet.

Firstly, we want to thank all of you who have ordered products through CoreCofe. We greatly appreciate it!

Secondly we want to apologise for the delay in delivery. We were so keen to bring you this product that we may have brought it out a little too soon so we have had one or two teething problems. But we are happy to say that the machines and coffee are on its way!

The products should arrive to our warehouse this coming week and then we can start to distribute them to you as early as the following week.

Some new CoreCofe products will also be launched soon and we hope that this will be a smooth integration process. We will keep you informed on a regular basis on these developments.

We will also shortly be installing an additional payment solutionon the CoreCofe website. This will make it simpler and easier for everyone to shop at CoreCofe. Those with a Towah account will still be able to use that.

Once the new fast and easy payment solution for coffee has been introduced this will allow for different subscriptions that will give our customers a really good service and satisfaction. Auto structure and career ladder

It is the Auto-structure and your career that controls the residual income. The higher you climb up the Career Ladder, the higher the residual income will become.

In Synkronice you have the first company that actually pays residual income on all 12 levels in the Auto-structure! The only qualification required is that you need to have 8 Spinglo friends enrolled. The spill over that occurs in the Auto-structure will automatically create a base of Spinglo Friends.

When goods and services are sold in Spinglo, aresidual income is generated based on the commission that Spinglo receives from the supplier.

You receive residual income on the Spinglo Friends that the members in Synkronice have signed and are in your Auto-structure. Furthermore, you will receive a bonus on the new Spinglo Friends enlisted by the primary ones and so forth in five Levels.

The residual income in the network is calculated in your Auto-structure. Spinglo Friends on your first 6 levels pay you 1 %commission, on each level, based on the CV generated. From level 7 to level 12 in your Auto-structure you get paid 3 % on each level. In addition there is an Open Line residual income paid out for people being on Level 5 up to Level 12 in the career ladder. You get 10 % on your personal Spinglo Friends and their 5 generations of Spinglo Friends.

CV (Commission Value) is the proportion of a product's total selling price that goes to the network as a bonus. CV value varies between different products and services and will be presented separately for every product. Clothing and healthcare products for instance have a higher margin than financial services.

IMPORTANT: It is the member’s responsibility to determine that they are acting within the laws of the country in which they are operating. Synkronice will not be held accountable for illegal actions carried out by a member and could lead to the cancellation of that person’s membership

An exciting 2012 to look forward to!

Dear Synkronice Member,

We are pleased to see that 2012 has started just the way we wanted with strong growth in the network. It is pleasing to see that the momentum has continued after the festive season and now we look forward with full steam ahead this year.

Over the coming weeks a new Towah merchant process will be introduced which will stream line the process making payments quicker and run more smoothly. In addition we will be implementing additional payment solutions so that we have alternatives should they be required.

Don't forget the cruise in September! If you haven't qualified for it yet, then make it one of your New Year's resolutions!! To qualify for this free cruise you need to reach Level 5 before February 29th 2012.
If you have previously reached Level 5 and already have had the pleasure of a cruise with Synkronice, you will have to raise your membership at least one level (e.g. if you were Level 5 you have to reach Level 6 to qualify for this cruise by February 29th 2012.)

We will be announcing some new exciting products very shortly once the ink on the contract is dry and we are ready to implement then onto Spinglo. We believe these new products will be exciting to networkers and will offer the chance to earn good residual income. With one of these new products, who knows, if lady luck is on your side you may be on your own yacht in the Caribbean in September!

What a year 2011 has been and we expect 2012 to be even better! The growth of the network has been incredible thanks to you hard work and efforts and we believe the time is now.

We acknowledge that there have been some ups and downs during the last twelve months and we thank you for your patience but hopefully now you are beginning to see the fruits of both your and our labour.

In 2012 we plan for Synkronice to grow even bigger. Even now there are networkers joining from new countries and this can only mean one thing – people have the same vision as you and us, the Synkronice management team.

Every journey starts with a single step and now as we embark on this voyage together the first steps are behind us and we are moving rapidly forward. We look forward to being on this trip with you.

2012 promises to bring to you new products and services that will not only change the face of network marketing but provide you with the tools to carry out you work. Things that you can look forward to in January include systems upgrades, translation services, new presentation material and fantastic products and services.

We have also just launched the revolutionary Executive Global Network Pool which you would have read about. If not, it is design to allow the Executive members to participate in all the revenue streams of the growing number of products and services on Spinglo. It is amazing that even after a short space of time since the announcement it has been received enthusiastically but hurry because numbers are limited to the 10,000 luck Executives.

New easier registration!

Dear Spinglo Friend,
On monday Ocotober 17th, Spinglo will be closed for some major upgrades.

Among other things, we will update the registration process for new Spinglo Friends. The most noticeable difference is that the verification process will not longer be needed.This makes it much easier to register as a Spinglo Friend.

All previously unverified Spinglo Friends will then be automatically verified and Spinglo Points will be awarded for these Spinglo Friends aswell!

After some really good input from leaders from the leaders weekend in Sweden we now present a couple of tools to improve your work with the network:

Email notice. All member with Level 5 or higher will receive an email every time a new member enter their network. This info will contain info about the new member such as Name, email and phone number. It will also contain the sponsor details. This is a perfect tool to follow up every new signup.

Visibility on your downline wiever. From now on all members Level5 or higher can also see the personal details of the members in their downline. This makes it much easier to build your network.

Synkronice Creates History!

The SPS conversion is now complete and by the end of this week, shareCertificates will be sent out to all eligible members of Synkronice.

With this event, Synkronice creates history in the network marketing industry and provides all the pioneers with something nobody has done before! Synkronice World Bonus - Until January 31st 2012

World Bonus for new members until January 31st 2012

Due to the massive increase in Executive Product Package registrations, we have decided to adjust the World Bonus pool qualification this autumn.
This allows more people to join and take part in future profits in the amazing World Bonus System

World Bonus

Executive Distributors will have the opportunity to sell enhanced visibility packages to local businesses. This will obviously be a time limited opportunity, for a certain number of distributors.

WB is limited to the people who register with Executive packages before 31st January 2012.
In addition to the ability to generate commissions based on the sales which you generate to local businesses, Executive Members who register at this early stage will be able to benefit from the World Bonus Pool. This will mean that the revenues generated directly by the company, in the regional and national deals on the Spinglo Portal will be available to this bonus pool.

Only registered Executive Members, who meet the qualifying criteria will be eligible to participate in this bonus, which is ongoing, for as long as the member qualifies.

World Bonus qualification:

To get World Bonus you have to be a Synkronice Executive Member, and you must have 25 personal Spinglo Friends. There will also be a yearly qualification for the World Bonus Pool. Further details regarding this will be presented in your Back Office under "Bonus".

Our current offer is valid through September and October. Thus, all members with Executive status can qualify for World Bonus and will receive 1 share in the profit pool:

Everyone who registers/upgrades to Executive during November can qualify for the World Bonus and will receive 0.75 shares in the profit pool.
Everyone who registers/upgrades to Executive during December can qualify for the World Bonus and will receive 0.50 shares in the profit pool.
Everyone who registers/upgrades to Executive during January can qualify for the World Bonus and will receive 0.25 shares in the profit pool.

Existing Executive Synkronice members, registered before 1st August 2011
As an existing Executive Synkronice member, registered before August 1st, 2011, you must have at least 25 Spinglo Friends no later than 23:59 on Oct 31st, 2011, to be able to qualify for the Synkronice World Bonus.

Existing Standard Synkronice members, registered before 1st August 2011
As an existing Standard Package Member upgrading to Executive you must upgrade and have at least 25 Spinglo Friends no later than 23:59 on Oct 31st, 2011, to be able to qualify for the Synkronice World Bonus.

You will soon be able to see that you are qualified for the WB in your Synkronice back office.

Dear Synkronice Member

We are writing to tell you about the various developments

that have been taking place over the last month.

Firstly and most importantly the SPS conversation is underway and we have appointed ATC Solutions in the City of London who are managing the process. This has been authorised and put into action.

The SPS will mean that you are given shares in the main company registered in England, the company that we have been using for

growing the business. Please feel free to contact us should there

be any issues or that you have not received the share certificate

by the end of the month.

It is important that you keep the share certificate in a safe place.

Many of you would have had a chance to see the development of the Spinglo 2.0 website in its beta testing stage. The management met with one of the technical partners last week to finalise the power search functionality which is an important part of the Spinglo proposition. It will allow Spinglo to offer local, regional, national and international information to your customised portal as well as allowing the development and implementation of the ad server.

This again splits the level of advertising into specific local areas if required or will allow a company to provide a national or targeted campaign to those users who have shown a known interest. You will be able to see these exciting developments on the beta website over the next month or so.

As more and more Members recognise what an exciting opportunity available we are seeing the number of countries in which new memberships expand is for ever growing. This is fantastic news and will only help to develop Spinglo into a European and then global proposition.We will put a lot of effort into insuring that it

will be a huge success. At times we may have to walk rather than run to make sure we get everything right.

The various different offers that will become available on Spinglo to our friends is growing

continuously and the faster we grow the more offers will become available. Again we may have to walk before running to make sure we are getting things right. If there are products and services that you would like to see being offered then please do let us know,

As an organisation grows it is important that it has the right resources in the right place to manage such growth. We are continuing our work to appoint senior management that are as excited about the Spinglo proposition and can see its potential. We expect to make an announcement very shortly.

We will be making more exciting announcements over the coming

Dear Synkronice Members

We live in exciting times and there are a number of developments and changes taking place within Synkronice and Spinglo that we need to make you aware of. We are doing everything we can to make sure that the next phase of development puts us in a strong position to take advantage of where we have got to so far.

To this end we are to inform you that David Bosley has left the company and we would like to thank him for all his hard work and wish him well in the future.

Lee Britton who has been very instrumental in helping with the Company’s development has stepped in as Interim CEO. He brings a new energy to the Company with the skills not only to help build our vision but also some very interesting ideas as to how to expand the Springlo concept.

We are also in the process of interview a number of people for senior management position to help us build on the success to date. We expect to make further announcements as to these appointments in the coming months.

It has always been our vision to grow Spinglo into a global company and you have shared in that vision. In fact we are well on the way already. To achieve this and be prepared for the next stage of our growth we will be undertaking some corporate restructuring to ensure we are properly aligned to take advantage of this. We will be appointing professional advisers and interviewing potential financial institutions to look to appoint advisers for the future.

Technology does not come without its trials and we are well on the way with the development of Spinglo 2.0 and look to be able to show you it very soon. We need to make sure that it is robust and sustainable for the anticipate growth of the future. This does not come easy but we are sure you would welcome what we have designed. As they say “You don’t get a second change to make a first impression”!

We are now introducing the Open Line Statement and Open Line Projection, where you can check your Open Line status.

Open Line statement

Box number 1 shows if the first requirement has been met, reaching level 5 or higher before the start of the quarter.

Box number 2 is only shown if the above requirement has been met.
It shows the growth so far during the quarter and which level of open line that has been achieved.

Box number 3 is only shown if the above requirement has been met.
It shows the number of members that you have not already received commissions from that are not below any other member with a level > 5 or the same as your level. (your open line).

The number of members which you will receive open line bonus from is specified on a per level basis.

Open Line projection

This page shows the projected open line so that you can follow and see what needs to be done to be able to achieve your open line goals.

We are pleased to indroduce an all new support system!

The advantages of this new system are that each support case will be assigned a unique ID number, which makes it much easier to follow up a support question. It is also easier to categorize and address questions to the appropriate personnel.

In order to effectively respond to various issues and provide a personal service, our support team consists of individuals with extensive experience in networking and Internet-based marketing and social media. Several individuals on the support team have also held top positions in international networking companies.

Our goal is that - with such skilled staff and a streamlined support system - we will provide fast and reliable information to those who are in need of it.

We will shortly ask you you members of Synkronice to cooperate with us and complete a FAQ which will answer most support questions. Our support team will continuously update this FAQ with relevant issues.

If you have a question you should firstly check the FAQ, and secondly your sponsor/upline and ultimately the support team. This in order to allow for everybody to have the opportunity to get answers to their questions as quick as possible, without taking up resources unnecessarily.
